By accessing or using rostr (“the Service”), operated at heyrostr.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

rostr is a TikTok creator analytics platform that allows users to track publicly available performance data for TikTok creators. Features include follower tracking, engagement analytics, video performance metrics, and data export.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use rostr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

rostr offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell access to the Service without written permission
  • Use the data obtained through rostr to harass or harm any individual

6. Data Accuracy

rostr provides analytics based on publicly available TikTok data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. TikTok may change their platform at any time, which may affect the data we can provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

rostr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
